Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quarter Turn mobile app, provided by Gym Brand Apparel ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Quarter Turn. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Coach Mode and linked accounts

Quarter Turn lets any account choose to act as a coach and invite athletes to link with them, or accept an invitation from a coach. Linking is opt-in and revocable at any time by the athlete. While a link is active, the coach can view the linked athlete's practice sessions, captured media, and leave feedback — this is a feature you're explicitly consenting to by accepting or maintaining a link. Coaches are responsible for handling any athlete data they can see appropriately and are personally responsible for compliance with their own studio/business obligations to their athletes; we merely provide the tool.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all photos and video you capture using Quarter Turn. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you (and, where you've linked one, your coach) solely to provide the app's features. We do not use your content for any other purpose, including advertising or training AI models.

You're responsible for what you capture. Don't use Quarter Turn to record anyone other than yourself without their consent.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Quarter Turn offers the following purchases, processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Show-Cycle Pass — a one-time purchase of $29.99 granting 16 weeks of access. This is not a subscription and does not renew.
• All-Access Annual — an auto-renewing subscription at $79.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial.
• Coach Starter, Growth, and Pro — auto-renewing monthly coach subscriptions at $49, $99, and $199/month respectively, plus $39/month for each additional coach seat added to an account.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. For the All-Access Annual free trial: if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged. All subscriptions (All-Access Annual and every Coach plan) automatically renew for the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to that date. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited once a subscription purchase is made. You can manage or cancel any subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
• Upload or capture content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to create.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Quarter Turn is a training and practice tool. It is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified coach, trainer, or medical professional, and posing/practice guidance provided by the app (including any AI-assisted or coach-provided feedback) is not medical or professional advice. You use the app, and perform any physical activity guided by it, at your own risk.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Brand Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Quarter Turn after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
